Overview
JINGKELIAN QXD 0-25 stainless steel Grindometer is designed according to the standard GB1724-79 issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, which is used for inspection of the fineness of particles such as pigments, fillers and impurities in Paints, paint slurries and inks, expressed in microns.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel, with strong durability
2. Single-channe design, range 0~ 25μm, Graduation 2.5μm
3. High Accuracy Manufacturing, scraper and drawdown blade plane flatness up to 0.002mm
4. Comply with GB1724-79 standard requirements
5. Fully equipped, one box of built-in scraper and two drawdown blades
Principle
By dropping the well-mixed paints sample into the depth of the scraper chute, use the drawdown blade to vertically contact the surface of the scraper to pull it from the depth to the shallowness, observe the scale line of the particles evenly exposed in the groove, and read the paints. The fineness value of particles such as pigments.
Applications
Paints, paint paste, inks
Steps
1. Wash the scraper and drawdown blade with gasoline, dry it with cotton yarn, and then wipe it with deerskin
2. Dip the well-mixed paints with a Glass stick and drop them into the deepest part of the scraper chute. The amount of dripping should be slightly more than the degree of filling the chute
3. Double hand-held drawdown blade transverse scraper upper end, so that the edge of the drawdown blade vertical contact scraper surface
4. Pull the drawdown blade from the depth of the chute to the shallow
5. Observe the scale line of the uniform exposed particles in the tank within 5 seconds and read the fineness value
Notice
• The surface of the scraper and the edge of the drawdown blade must not be bumped
• Wash and apply after use to prevent corrosion
• Regularly check the flatness of the scraper and knife edge for one year, and repair it if it does not meet the requirements
• Instrument suitable for temperature 22 +/- 1 ° C, relative humidity 70% to ensure accuracy
