Principle
Using a new generation of High Accuracy Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology, accurate weighing is achieved through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When the item is placed on the pan, the Sensor detects the weight change and converts it into an electrical signal, and displays the result after calculation by the internal processing system to ensure stable and reliable weighing.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial weighing, quality control, research and education, jewelry weighing, pharmaceutical industry
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and connect the Power Adapter
2. Boot Preheating, Ensure Ambient Temperature Within 10 ℃ -30 ℃ Range
3. Externally calibrated operation
4. Place the item to be weighed on the pan and read the display result
5. Use the peeling function for net weight weighing
6. Transfer data to the computer via RS232 or USB interface
Notice
• It needs to be calibrated before use to ensure accuracy
• Power frequency within 110V-240V range
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept at 10 ℃ -30 ℃
• Turn off Draft Shield when weighing to reduce static interference
• Avoid use in strong electromagnetic interference environments
Regular cleaning of pan and Draft Shield
• Handle with care when transporting and moving to avoid violent vibrations
