2. Ultra-clear OLED backlight stretchable LCD screen, supports operation and use with laboratory gloves
3. External calibrating function to ensure weighing accuracy
4. A variety of weighing units: mg/g/ct/oz, etc., can be customized
5. Draft Shield eliminates static electricity design to ensure the accuracy of weighing
6. Lower hook design to meet users' special application needs
7. Standard RS232 and USB interface, optional PC-STWC function to transfer weighing data directly to open applications such as Excel
8. Built-in date and time display function to meet traceability and compliance requirements
9. Built-in dual systems to ensure normal use in emergencies
10. Power supply: 110V-240V, 50Hz/60Hz
Principle
The Electronic Balance is based on the Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology and achieves accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. The Sensor converts the weight into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed on the OLED screen to ensure high resolution and stability.
Applications
Laboratories, scientific research, industrial weighing, quality control, educational institutions
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and connect the Power Adapter
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the Balance self-test to complete.
3. Select the weighing unit (e.g. mg, g, etc.) as required.
4. Place the sample on the pan for weighing
5. Use peeling function to remove container weight
6. Connect external devices to transfer data through RS232 or USB interface
7. Turn off the power after use and clean the pan
Notice
Balance is used in a level and stable environment
• Avoid operating in strong airflow or vibration environment, so as not to affect the accuracy
Periodic external calibration to maintain accuracy
• Use adapter input voltage of 110-240V, frequency 50/60Hz
• Operating temperature range is 10 ℃ -30 ℃, exceeding may affect performance
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid liquids from entering the equipment
• Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time to extend lifespan
