Overview
Shangtian Jingyi AE523C Precision Balance (0.001 g) is a High Accuracy weighing device with Capacity 520g and readability accuracy 1mg. It adopts a new generation of electromagnetic force Sensor to ensure stability and reliability. Equipped with a 5-inch color TFT Touchscreen, it supports glove operation and built-in auto calibration function, suitable for precise weighing scenarios such as laboratories.

Principle
The AE523C Electronic Balance is based on the Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology, which enables accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an item is placed in the pan, the Sensor detects weight changes and converts them into electrical signals, which are processed internally and displayed on the display. The auto calibration function is triggered by time or temperature to ensure long-term accuracy.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth surface and adjust the level through the front horizontal bubble
2. Connect Power Adapter (input 110-240V, output 12V 1A)
3. Turn it on and warm up and wait for the system to stabilize.
4. Select the weighing unit (e.g. mg, g, etc.) as required.
5. Place the sample for weighing, and the display screen directly displays the result.
6. Use peeling function to remove container weight in full range
7. Optional connection to computer to transfer data to Excel through RS232 interface

• The operation temperature range is 10~ 30 ℃, avoid using in extreme environments
• Power frequency within 110-240V range using standard adapter
• Check the horizontal bubble before weighing to ensure that the equipment is placed horizontally
