Overview
The AE523 Electronic Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a Capacity of 520g and a readability accuracy of 1mg. It adopts a new generation of electromagnetic force Sensor to ensure stability and reliability. Equipped with a 5-inch color TFT Touchscreen, it supports glove operation and has an external calibrating function, suitable for laboratory and other environments.

Principle
The Electronic Balance uses Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology to achieve High Accuracy Weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. The Sensor converts the weight into an electrical signal, which is processed and displayed on the Touchscreen to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement results.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on the water platform surface and adjust it to the horizontal state through the front horizontal bubble
2. Connect Power Adapter, input voltage 110-240V, output 12V 1A
3. Select the desired weighing unit (such as mg, g, etc.) after booting.
4. Place the sample for weighing, and the display screen displays the weight in real time
5. Use peeling function to remove container weight in full range
6. Optional connection to PC through RS232 interface to realize direct data transfer to Excel

• The operation temperature range is 10~ 30 ℃, avoid using in an environment beyond the range
• Ensure that the Power Adapter input voltage is 110-240V and the output is 12V 1A
• Check the horizontal bubble before use to ensure that the Balance is level
• Pay attention to protect the Sensor during transportation to prevent damage
• Avoid operating in a strong electromagnetic interference environment, so as not to affect the accuracy
