Principle
The Electronic Balance is based on the Electromagnetic Force Sensor technology and achieves accurate weighing through the principle of electromagnetic force equilibrating. When an object is placed in a pan, the Sensor generates electromagnetic force to equilibrate the object's gravity, and dynamic temperature compensation technology automatically adjusts the impact of Ambient Temperature changes to ensure measurement accuracy. External calibrating functions are used to calibrate periodically to maintain long-term stability of the equipment.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial weighing, quality control, education and research, pharmaceutical, chemical, Food processing
Steps
1. Place the Balance on a stable, horizontal countertop and connect the Power Adapter
2. Turn on the power switch and wait for the device self-test and initialization to complete.
3. Select the weighing unit (e.g. mg, g, etc.) as required.
4. Place the object to be weighed in the center of the pan to ensure no external interference
5. Read the weighing result after waiting for the display to be stable.
6. Use peel function (if required) for net weight measurement
7. Connect external devices to transmit data through RS232 interface (optional)
8. Turn off the power after use, clean and maintain the equipment
Notice
• Ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of 10~ 30 ° C to avoid extreme temperature affecting the accuracy
• Avoid vibration or airflow disturbances when weighing and use Draft Shield to reduce environmental impact
Periodically calibrate externally for accuracy, following manufacturer's calibrating guidelines
• Do not overload, Capacity does not exceed 300g
Keep the pan clean and avoid direct contact with corrosive substances
• Power Adapter input voltage needs to match 110-240V to avoid using incompatible power supplies
• Handle the device with care to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time and store it in a drying environment
