Overview
Shangtian Jingyi JA5003 Precision Balance (0.001 g) is a High Accuracy weighing device with Capacity 500g and readability accuracy 1mg. It adopts a new generation of electromagnetic force Sensor and dynamic temperature compensation technology to ensure stable and reliable weighing. Equipped with an oversized backlit LCD display and RS232 interface, it supports a variety of unit conversion and external calibrating functions.

Principle
The Electronic Balance works based on the principle of Electromagnetic Force Sensor, which equilibrates the gravity of the object being measured by electromagnetic force to achieve High Accuracy weighing. Dynamic temperature compensation technology automatically adjusts the impact of Ambient Temperature changes to ensure measurement accuracy. External calibrate function allows users to regularly calibrate equipment to maintain long-term stability.

Steps
1. Place the Balance on a smooth table and connect the Power Adapter
2. Boot Preheating, Ensure Ambient Temperature Within 10~ 30 ℃
3. Perform external calibrating operation (if required)
4. Place the item to be weighed in the center of the pan
5. Read the weighing result after waiting for the display to be stable.
6. Data can be transferred to the computer through the RS232 interface (optional)

• Balance level on stable surface before use
• Avoid operating in strong airflow or vibration environments
Periodic external calibrating to maintain accuracy
• Capacity of weighing items must not exceed 500g
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid liquids from entering the equipment
• The operation temperature range should be kept at 10~ 30 ℃
• It is recommended to disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time
