Overview
JINGKELIAN QXD 0-50 Stainless Steel Grindometer is designed according to the standard GB1724-79 issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, which is used for inspection of the fineness of pigments, fillers and impurities in Paints and Pastes, expressed in microns.
Features

3. The upper plane finish of the scraper is 10, and the bottom surface finish of the chute is 8.

Principle
According to the GB1724-79 standard, the sample is scraped on the scraper groove by the drawdown blade, and the fineness value is read according to the residual position of the particles in the groove.

Steps
1. Place the sample at the beginning of the scraper groove
2. Use the drawdown blade to scrape through the groove at a uniform speed
3. Observe the residual position of the particles in the groove
4. Read the fineness value according to the scale
Notice
• Make sure the scraper and drawdown blade are clean and drying before use
• The drawdown blade needs to be kept straight to avoid damage
• Maintain uniform speed and pressure when scraping
• Read values under sufficient ray of light conditions
• Clean and store properly after use
