Overview
MA101 Moisture Analyzer is a High Accuracy moisture content detection equipment. It adopts a new generation of electromagnetic force Sensor and PT100 High Accuracy temperature transducer. It is equipped with a 5-inch LCD full high definition color Touchscreen and supports Chinese and English and other multi-language display switching. The instrument has multiple heating modes such as automatic, manual, preheating, preset and custom. The test temperature range is 50~ 200 ° C. The heating time is adjustable from 0 to 99 minutes. It can display the moisture content/drying allowance 0-100.00% in real time. It also supports dynamic Linear dispersion display and multiple sets of drying process memory.

Principle
Moisture Analyzer through High Accuracy Electromagnetic Force Sensor measurement of sample weight change, combined with PT100 temperature transducer to precisely control the heating temperature, heating the sample at the set temperature and time, so that water evaporation, by weight difference calculation of water content and drying margin, and real-time display Dynamic Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Place the instrument and adjust the horizontal foot to center the horizontal bubble
