Overview
MA105 Moisture Analyzer is a High Accuracy moisture detection device of Shangtian Jingyi brand. It adopts a new generation of electromagnetic force Sensor and PT100 temperature transducer. It is equipped with a 5-inch LCD high definition Touchscreen and supports multi-language display. The instrument is suitable for quickly determining the moisture content, drying allowance and other parameters of the sample, and can be connected to a printer or PC through the RS232 interface to output data.

Principle
The MA105 Moisture Analyzer uses the Electromagnetic Force Sensor to accurately measure the weight change of the sample, and combines the PT100 temperature transducer and temperature control system to control the heating process. The sample evaporates during the heating process, and the instrument monitors the weight loss in real time, calculates the moisture content, drying allowance and other parameters, and displays the dynamic Linear dispersion and data through the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in the horizontal position and adjust the foot to center the horizontal bubble
2. Turn on the power and select the language and heating mode
3. Set the test temperature and heating time
4. Place the sample on the pan and start the test
5. Real-time observation of moisture content and dynamic Linear dispersion
6. After the test is completed, connect the printer or PC to output data through the RS232 interface

• Make sure the instrument is placed horizontally before use
• Avoid operating in humid or vibrating environments
• Do not touch the heating parts during the heating process
