JINGKELIAN QXD 0-50 (cr12 molybdenum vanadium) Grindometer is a special testing instrument designed and manufactured according to the Ministry of Chemical Industry standard GB1724-79 "Determination of coating fineness". It is mainly used to determine the fineness of particles such as Paints, paint slurry and inks pigments, fillers and impurities. The measurement results are expressed in microns (μm).
1. Design according to the national standard GB1724-79 to ensure measurement accuracy. 2. The scraper is made of cr12 molybdenum vanadium material, which is wear-resistant and durable. 3. Single-channe design, with a range of 0-50μm and a Graduation of 5.0μm, meets the requirements of conventional fineness testing. 4. Key components (scraper plane, chute bottom surface, drawdown blade edge) have high smoothness and high flatness to ensure Test accuracy. 5. Standard configuration includes a scraper and two drawdown blades.
The Working Principle of this fineness meter is based on the standard scraper method. Drop an appropriate amount of the sample to be tested into the deep chute of the scraper, and use a drawdown blade to scrape the sample from the deep chute to the shallow at a uniform speed at a vertical angle. The particles in the sample will be uniformly exposed at a certain depth in the groove, and the fineness value of the particles can be obtained by reading the scale line corresponding to this position.

1. Use gasoline to clean the scraper and drawdown blade, dry it with cotton yarn, and then wipe it with deerskin. 2. Glass stick dipped in the well-mixed, in line with the standard consistency of the sample of paints to be tested, dripping into the deepest part of the scraper chute, dripping amount to be able to fill the chute and slightly excessive. 3. Double hand-held drawdown blade, transverse to the upper end of the scraper, so that the edge of the drawdown blade vertically contacts the surface of the scraper. 4. Pull the drawdown blade from the depth of the chute to the shallow at a constant speed. 5. Immediately (within 5 seconds) observe the scale line where the particles are uniformly exposed in the chute, and reading this value is the fineness result.
• The surface of the scraper and the edge of the drawdown blade are strictly prohibited from bumping. • Clean the instrument immediately after use and apply anti-corrosion oil for maintenance. • It is necessary to check the flatness of the scraper and drawdown blade regularly (recommended annually), and repair it in time if it does not meet the requirements. • Instrument standard configuration is a scraper and two drawdown blades. • Measurement accuracy is recommended in environments with a temperature of 22 +/- 1 ° C and a relative humidity of 70%.
[A] No, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
