Overview
GL200K Large Range Application Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device of Shangtian Jingyi brand, using a new generation of Sensor technology to provide stable and reliable weighing results. The Balance has a maximum range of 200kg and a readability accuracy of 10g. It is suitable for a variety of industrial weighing scenarios. It is equipped with a stainless steel pan and a backlit high definition display to ensure easy operation and clear data.

Principle
The GL200K Balance is based on High Accuracy Sensor technology, which detects the weight applied to the pan, converts it into an electrical signal and processes it for accurate weighing. The built-in weight check function automatically compares measurement values with preset upper and lower limits, triggers alarms, and supports multiple unit conversions and data outputs.

Steps
1. Place Balance in a smooth environment, connect Power Adapter or use built-in battery
2. Wait for the system to initialize after booting to ensure that the display screen is displayed normally
3. Place the item to be weighed on the stainless steel pan and wait for the weighing to stabilize (reaction time < 2S)
4. Read the weighing results on the LCD screen, and choose the unit such as g/kg/ct/oz.
5. When using the weight check function, set the upper and lower limits, and the system will automatically alarm
6. Connect external devices through RS232 interface, optional PC-STWC function to transfer data to Excel
7. Clean the pan after use, shut down or enter standby mode
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃ to avoid extreme conditions affecting accuracy
• Make sure the pan is clean and wipe the stainless steel surface with a soft cloth regularly to prevent contamination
• External calibration method is required for calibrating, follow the instructions to ensure accuracy
• Avoid overloading, with a maximum range of 200kg to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Power Adapter input is 110-240V, output is 12V 0.5A, do not use mismatched power supply
• When moving or storing, pay attention to the net weight of the product 13kg and the gross weight 15kg, and handle it with care
• When charging the built-in battery, please use the original adapter to avoid excessive discharge
• When connecting the interface, ensure that the RS232 cable is firm to prevent data transmission interruptions
