Principle
The Balance detects the weight signal through the High Accuracy Sensor, converts it into an electrical signal, and is processed by the internal processor. The weighing result is clearly displayed on the backlit LCD screen. It supports basic weighing and checking modes, and can realize data transmission through the RS232 interface or PC-STWC function.
Steps
Connect the Power Adapter (input 110-240V, output 12V 0.5A) or use the built-in battery
2. Wait for system initialization after booting
3. Place the item on the stainless steel pan (size 400 * 500mm)
4. Read the weighing result displayed on the LCD screen (support units such as g/kg/ct/oz)
5. Use the peeling function (full scale range)
6. Optional connection to RS232 interface or thermal printer output data
7. Turn off and clean the pan after use
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃
• Ensure that the Power Adapter input voltage is between 110-240V and the frequency is 50/60Hz
• Avoid overloading, the maximum range is 100kg
Periodically calibrated to ensure accuracy
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning the pan and avoid using corrosive cleaners
• It is recommended to disconnect the power supply when not in use for a long time
