GL500KP is a large-scale application Balance launched by the Shangtian Jingyi brand. The maximum range is 500kg. It adopts High Accuracy Sensor to ensure stable and reliable weighing. The product is equipped with stainless steel 304 pan, supports a variety of weighing units and has built-in weight check and alarm function, which is suitable for industrial weighing scenarios.

Principle
The product detects the weight signal through the High Accuracy Sensor, and displays the result on the LCD screen after internal processing. Support basic weighing and check mode, use external calibrating to ensure accuracy, and realize data output through RS232 interface.

Steps
Connect the Power Adapter (input 110-240V, output 12V 0.5A) or use the built-in battery
2. Select the weighing unit (g/kg/ct/oz, etc.) after booting.
3. Place the sample in a stainless steel pan for weighing
4. If you need to check the weight, set the upper and lower limit alarm values
5. Connect external devices to transmit data through the RS232 interface

• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃
• calibrating needs to be done through external calibrating function
• Avoid overloading, the maximum range is 500kg
