Overview
Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a maximum range of 150kg and a readability accuracy of 10g. It uses stainless steel 304 pan, is equipped with a backlit high definition LCD screen, supports a variety of weighing modes and units, and has a built-in rechargeable battery and RS232 interface. It is suitable for industrial, laboratory and other environments.

Principle
The Balance detects the load through the High Accuracy Sensor, converts the weight signal into an electrical signal, and displays the result on the LCD screen after internal processing. It supports basic weighing, checking and counting modes and can be calibrated externally to ensure accuracy. The built-in alarm function is triggered when the weight exceeds the set range.

Steps
1. Place Balance in a smooth environment, connect Power Adapter or use built-in battery
2. Wait for the initialization to complete after booting to ensure that the display screen is displayed normally
3. Select the weighing mode as required (basic weighing, checking or counting)
4. Place the item to be weighed on the pan and read the display result
5. Use peel function to remove container weight (optional)
6. Connect external devices to transmit data through the RS232 interface (optional)
7. Turn off and clean the pan after use
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃
Balance is placed on a horizontal stable surface to avoid vibration interference
Periodic external calibrating to maintain accuracy
• Use a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid corrosive chemicals from touching the pan
• Power Adapter input voltage needs to match 110V-240V range
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply and charge it regularly.
• Avoid overloading, the maximum range is 150kg
