Overview
Shangtian Jingyi GLC200K Large Range Application Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a maximum range of 200kg and a readability accuracy of 10g. It uses a new generation of Sensor technology to ensure stable and reliable weighing results, and is equipped with a backlit high definition LCD screen that supports clear display of weighing data in three windows. The product is suitable for a variety of weighing modes, including basic weighing, checking and counting, and has built-in upper and lower limit check alarm functions to improve operation convenience.

Principle
GLC200K Balance detects the weight of objects through a new generation of High Accuracy Sensor and converts the signal into a digital display. It supports basic weighing, checking and counting modes, and has built-in upper and lower limit checking alarm functions. When the weighing value exceeds the set range, the alarm is automatically triggered. Data can be output through the RS232 interface, and the optional function realizes direct data transfer with applications such as Excel.

Steps
Place Balance in a stable environment, connect Power Adapter (input 110-240V, 50/60Hz) or use built-in battery
2. After booting, select the weighing mode as needed (basic weighing, checking or counting)
3. Place the item to be weighed on the stainless steel pan and wait for the display to be stable (reaction time < 2S)
4. Read the weighing results on the LCD screen, and choose the unit such as g/kg/ct/oz.
5. Use the peeling function for full-scale peeling operation
6. If you need data output, connect to external devices through RS232 interface, optional PC-STWC function to transfer data to Excel
7. Clean the pan and shut down after use
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃
Balance is placed on a smooth surface to avoid vibration affecting accuracy
Periodic external calibration to maintain accuracy
• Use a soft cloth to wipe the stainless steel pan when cleaning to avoid the use of corrosive cleaners
• Power Adapter output is 12V 0.5A, do not use mismatched power supply
• Please follow the instructions when charging the built-in battery to avoid excessive discharge
• In check mode, set the upper and lower limits correctly to avoid false alarms
