The GLC500KP Balance is a High Accuracy weighing device with a maximum range of 500kg and a new generation of Sensor to ensure stability and reliability. Equipped with a backlit high definition LCD display and 304 stainless steel pan, it supports a variety of weighing modes and units, and has a built-in rechargeable battery and RS232 interface, suitable for industrial weighing needs.

Principle
GLC500KP Balance detects the weight signal through the High Accuracy Sensor, converts it into a digital signal and processes it by the processor, and displays the result on the LCD screen. It supports basic weighing, checking and counting modes, uses external calibrating to ensure accuracy, and has built-in weighing function for upper and lower limit alarms.

Steps
Place the Balance in a smooth environment and connect the Power Adapter (input 110-240V, 50/60Hz)
2. Wait for the system to initialize after booting, and use the external calibrate function to calibrate
3. Place the item to be weighed on the stainless steel pan and read the weight data displayed on the LCD screen
4. Switch the weighing mode (basic weighing, checking or counting) and unit (g/kg/ct/oz, etc.) as needed.
5. Use peeling to remove container weight over full scale
6. Connect external devices (such as printers or PCs) to transfer data through the RS232 interface
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept within 10~ 30 ℃
• Ensure that the pan is clean and avoid corrosive substances from contacting the stainless steel surface
• calibrated using standard weight for external calibrating
• Avoid overloading, the maximum range is 500kg
• Power Adapter output is 12V 0.5A, do not use mismatched power supply
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply to prolong the battery life
