Overview
Shangtian Jingyi JA22002P Foam Water Absorbency Tester is a High Accuracy Instrument dedicated to testing the Water Absorbency of foam materials. The device uses a new generation of Sensor technology, equipped with a backlit high definition LCD display and front horizontal bubble adjustment, supports a variety of weighing units and external calibrating functions.

Principle
The instrument performs weight measurement on foam samples through High Accuracy Sensor, and combines the standard water absorption kit and hydrostatic kit to accurately determine the Water Absorbency of foam materials. The instrument can realize data output through RS232 interface, and the PC-STWC function can be selected to directly transfer the weighing data to Excel and other application software.

Steps
1. Adjust the level of the instrument through the front horizontal bubble
2. Choose the appropriate weighing unit
3. Place the test sample on the pan
4. Wait for the weighing to stabilize (reaction time < 2S)
5. Read and record the weighing results
6. Optional to transfer data to Excel and other applications through RS232 interface

• Make sure the level adjustment of the instrument is accurate before use
• The operation temperature range should be kept at 10 ℃ -30 ℃
Periodic external calibration to ensure measurement accuracy
• Note that the power supply specification is 110V-240V, 50Hz/60HZ
