Principle
The foam water absorption meter weighs the test sample through the High Accuracy Sensor, and combines the water absorption kit to measure the weight change of the foam material before and after water absorption to calculate the water absorption rate. The instrument supports fast response and stable weighing, and the data can be transmitted to an external device through the RS232 interface for further analysis.
Applications
Foam testing, laboratory analysis, quality control
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument
2. Use the front horizontal bubble to adjust the instrument to a horizontal state
3. Place the test sample on the pan
4. Adjust the weighing unit and reaction speed as needed
5. Read and record the weighing results
6. Optional use of RS232 interface to transfer data to PC or Excel
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable, flat surface
• Check the level bubble before operation to ensure the level of the instrument
• Avoid use in environments beyond the temperature range (10 ℃ -30 ℃)
Periodic external calibrating to maintain accuracy
• Use standard power supply to avoid voltage mismatch
• Optional functions require additional configuration, please choose according to your needs
