NDJ-1 Dial Viscometer is a rotational viscometer produced by Shangtian Jingyi brand. It is a precision instrument for measuring the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. Principle
The instrument is a Dial Viscometer, which is driven by a motor to make a constant speed swirl/spin. When the rotor swirl/spin in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the Tack torque; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the Tack torque. The Tack torque acting on the rotor is detected by the Sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after processing.

Steps
1. Set range (rotor number and speed)
2. Immerse the rotor in the tested liquid
3. Start the instrument to make the rotor constant speed swirl/spin
4. Read the viscosity value displayed by the pointer

• The rotor should be cleaned in time after use to keep the surface of stainless steel 304 clean
• Ensure that the rotor is fully immersed in the measured liquid during measurement
• The instrument should be used within the ambient temperature range of RT + 5 ° C to 35 ° C
