Principle
This instrument is a digital display Viscometer, and the motor drives the rotor to make a constant speed swirl/spin through variable speed. When the rotor swirls/spins in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor. The greater the viscosity of the liquid, the greater the Tack torque; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the Tack torque. The Tack torque acting on the rotor is detected by the Sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after computer processing. The instrument adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the Sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, speed, viscosity value of the measured liquid and its full scale percentage value set during measurement on the display screen.
