Principle
The substrate swirl/spin is driven by a precision motor, and the liquid or colloidal material is uniformly coated on the surface of the substrate by centrifugal force to form a thin film. Equipped with a heating component and an intelligent temperature control system, the substrate can be heated during the spin coating process to achieve a temperature-controlled thin film preparatory process.
Applications
Photoresist spin coating, bio-foster base fabrication, sol-gel method of polymer film fabrication
Steps
1. Prepare substrates ≤ 8 inches in diameter (silicon, crystal, quartz, Pottery and porcelain, etc.)
2. Manually drop liquid or colloidal materials on the surface of the substrate
3. Preset uniform glue Linear dispersion parameters through touch screen
4. Set the heating temperature (RT +~ 200 ℃)
5. Start the equipment for spin coating operation
6. Remove the substrate after spinning coating
Notice
• Substrate diameter must not exceed 8 inches (200mm)
• Heating temperature range from room temperature to 200 ℃
• Use AC220V 50/60Hz power supply
• The air extraction interface is φ 6mm quick screw interface
• Optional precision syringe pump instead of manual glue drop method
