HEIGHT-LED HTBX-II-FS300200-BL (365nm) UV curing machine is an energy efficient curing equipment, using UVLED Illuminant, with intelligent safety door protection, automatic/manual mode optional, digital dimming, production count and historical data query functions, suitable for all kinds of heat sensitive materials rapid curing.

Principle
The device adopts UVLED Illuminant, which realizes precise illumination control through PLC control system. In automatic mode, curing is performed according to the set illumination time, and the UVLED is automatically turned off after countdown; in manual mode, the UVLED needs to be manually turned on and the curing time recorded in real time. The output band of UVLED is concentrated, and the optical power Density can be adjusted according to the wavelength and irradiation distance.

Steps
1. Select Operating Mode (Automatic or Manual)
2. Set the irradiation time (automatic mode)
3. Close the safety door and start curing
4. Automatically turn off the UVLED when the countdown ends in automatic mode, and manually turn it off in manual mode
Notice
• Open the door in any mode and turn off the UVLED immediately.
• When using, ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of -10 ℃ -50 ℃
• relative humidity should be kept at 25% -80% RH
• Power frequency must be within the range of AC100V-AC240V
