Overview
The LG-58SC-1 Microcomputer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine is a High Accuracy material testing equipment with a maximum test force of 1kN and an accuracy class of 0.5. It is microcomputer controlled and has a wide range of material testing applicability. It is suitable for a variety of testing needs from basic materials to special materials.
Features
The maximum test force is 1kN, and the accuracy class reaches 0.5.
2. Measurement range of test force is 0.4%~ 100% F.S.
3. Test force resolution up to 500,000 yards, the whole process is not divided into gears and the resolution remains unchanged.
4. With three control modes of stress, strain and displacement, the control rate range is wide and the accuracy is high.
5. The effective test width is 400mm, and the beam movement stroke (without fixture installation) is up to 700mm.
6. Compatible with hundreds of fixtures, with strong adaptability.
Principle
High Accuracy Sensor is used to measure the test force, deformation and displacement. The system drives the beam to move according to the set stress, strain or displacement control rate, applies load to the sample, and collects and processes data in real time to accurately determine the mechanical properties of the material.
Applications
Metal Materials, Aerospace, Powder Metallurgy, Magnetic Materials, Pottery and porcelain manufacturing, Rubber Plastics, Measurement Quality control, Commodity Inspection and Arbitration, Technical Supervision Department, Colleges and Universities, Research Laboratories, Basic Materials Laboratories, Metallurgical Steel, Machinery Manufacturing, Electronics, Automobile Production, Spinning & Weaving Chemical Fibers, Wire and Cable, Encasement Materials and Food, Instruments, Medical Apparatus, Petrochemicals, Civil Nuclear Energy, Energy Batteries, Basic Materials, Special Materials
Standards
GB/T2611-2022, GB/T 16491-2022, GB/T12160, GB/T16825, compatible with ASTM, ISO, GB and other related standards
Steps
1. Select the appropriate fixture according to the test criteria and install it.
2. Clamp the specimen correctly in the fixture.
3. Turn on the power and start the microcomputer control system.
4. Set test parameters (e.g. test type, control mode, rate, etc.) in the control software.
5. Start the test, and the system automatically controls the loading and collection of data.
6. After the test is completed, the system automatically generates a test report.
7. Remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
The equipment should use a single-phase 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz power supply with a power of about 1kW.
* The installation environment should be stable, the size of the host is 470 * 470 * 1220mm, the weight is about 65kg, and enough space needs to be reserved.
Before operation, ensure that the fixture is firmly installed and the sample is clamped correctly.
* When setting the control rate, pay attention to the accuracy requirements corresponding to different rate ranges.
* Regular verification and maintenance of equipment according to relevant standards to ensure test accuracy.
