LG-58SC-2 Microcomputer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine is a High Accuracy material testing equipment with a maximum test force of 2kN and an accuracy class of 0.5. Principle
The testing machine adopts a microcomputer control system, which controls the movement of the beam through a servo drive system, and applies tensile, compression, bending and other forces to the sample. High Accuracy Sensor real-time measurement of test force, displacement and deformation data is transmitted to the computer for processing and analysis, so as to obtain various mechanical properties of the material.

Steps
1. Turn on the single-phase 220V power supply and start the device.
2. According to the testing requirements, install the appropriate fixtures and samples.
3. Set the test parameters on the microcomputer control software, such as test type, control mode, rate, etc.
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically applies the load according to the set program.
5. During the test, the system collects and displays data such as force, displacement, and deformation in real time.
6. After the test, the software automatically generates test reports and analyzes Linear dispersion.
Notice
Please ensure that a single-phase 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz stable power supply is used, and the power is not less than 1kW.
* The installation environment should be stable to avoid vibration and interference.
According to the sample type and test standards, correctly select and install the fixture to ensure that the sample is firmly clamped.
* When setting the test parameters, ensure that the control rate is within the accuracy range specified by the equipment.
* Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment according to relevant verification standards (such as GB/T12160, GB/T16825) to ensure test accuracy.
Operators should be trained to be familiar with the equipment operation process and software usage.
