Overview
LG-58SC-05 Microcomputer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine is a High Accuracy material testing equipment with a maximum test force of 500N and an accuracy class of 0.5. It adopts microcomputer control and is suitable for testing and analyzing mechanical properties such as tensile, compression and bending of various metals, Non-metallic and composites.

Principle
The testing machine controls the servo drive mechanism through the microcomputer system to drive the beam to move and apply the test force to the sample. High Accuracy Sensor real-time measurement of test force, displacement and deformation data, and transmits the data to the microcomputer processing system. The system precisely controls the test process according to the set control mode (such as stress, strain or displacement control) and rate, and finally calculates and outputs various mechanical properties of the material.

Steps
1. Turn on the single-phase 220V power supply and start the device.
2. According to the sample type and test standards, install the appropriate fixture.
3. Clamp the specimen correctly in the fixture.
4. Set test parameters on the microcomputer control software, such as test type, control mode, rate, etc.
5. Start the test, and the device automatically runs and applies force.
6. After the test is completed, the device automatically stops, and the software saves and analyzes the data.
7. Remove the sample, clean the equipment, and prepare for the next test.
Notice
The equipment should use a single-phase 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz power supply, with a power of about 1kW. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply is stable.
* The installation environment should be stable to avoid vibration and interference.
When clamping the specimen, ensure that it is centered and firm to prevent slippage or partial loading.
When selecting fixtures and setting parameters, it is necessary to strictly adhere to relevant material testing standards.
* Regular verification and maintenance of equipment according to GB/T12160 and GB/T16825 standards to ensure Measurement accuracy.
Non-professional personnel should not operate or disassemble the equipment.
During the test, do not touch moving parts or specimens.
