LG-58SC-5 Microcomputer Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine is a High Accuracy material testing equipment with a maximum test force of 5kN and an accuracy class of 0.5. It adopts microcomputer control and has a wide range of material testing applicability.

Principle
The testing machine precisely controls the movement of the beam through the microcomputer system, and applies tensile, compression, bending and other forces to the samples installed between the fixtures. The High Accuracy Sensor real-time measurement of the test force, displacement and deformation data is processed and displayed by the control system, so as to complete the test of the mechanical performance of the material.

Steps
1. Turn on the single-phase 220V power supply and start the device.
2. Install suitable fixtures and specimens according to test standards and requirements.
3. Set test parameters on the microcomputer control software, such as test type, control mode, rate, etc.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically runs and applies force.
5. After the test is completed, the software automatically analyzes and generates a test report.
Notice
The equipment should use a single-phase 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz power supply with a power of about 1kW.
* The installation environment should be stable, and the weight of the host should be about 65kg.
The effective test width is 400mm, and the moving stroke of the beam (without installing the fixture) is 700mm. When selecting the sample, pay attention to the size.
Before operation, please ensure that the fixture is firmly installed and the sample is held correctly.
