Overview
LG-58TM-20 microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine is a precision testing equipment with a maximum test force of 20kN and an accuracy class of 0.5. It adopts microcomputer control and has High Accuracy, High resolution force, displacement and deformation measurement capabilities. It is suitable for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other mechanical properties tests of various materials.
Features
1. The maximum test force is 20kN, the accuracy class is 0.5, and the test force Indication Error is within +/- 0.5% of the indication.
2. The test force resolution is as high as 500,000 yards, the whole process is not divided into gears, and the whole process of resolution remains unchanged.
3. Displacement resolution up to 0.04μm, beam travel (without fixture) up to 1150mm.
4. Compatible with hundreds of types of fixtures, with a wide range of applications.
5. With three control modes of stress, strain and displacement, the control rate range is wide and the accuracy is high.
Principle
The testing machine adopts a microcomputer control system to drive the beam to move through the servo motor to apply the test force to the sample. High Accuracy Sensor real-time measurement of test force, displacement and deformation data, and transmitted to the computer for processing and analysis, and finally obtained the mechanical properties of the material.

Steps
1. Install the appropriate fixtures and specimens according to the testing requirements.
2. Turn on the power supply (single-phase 220V), start the testing machine and control software.
3. Set the test type, control mode, rate, sample parameters, etc. in the software.
4. Adjust the position of the beam so that the specimen is in a suitable state.
5. Start the test, and the device automatically loads and collects data.
6. After the test is completed, the software automatically analyzes and generates a report.
7. Remove the sample and power off the device.
Notice
The equipment should be installed on a stable and horizontal basis, and the environment should be clean, drying and vibration-free.
• The power supply is single-phase 220V +/- 10%, 50Hz, and the power is about 1kW. It is necessary to ensure stable power supply.
• Read the instructions carefully before operation to ensure that you understand various parameter settings and safety procedures.
When installing specimens and fixtures, ensure that the clamping is firmly in place to prevent the risk of slipping or breaking during the test.
During the test, do not touch moving parts or specimens and maintain a safe distance.
Equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure test accuracy.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
