Overview
Vertical low temperature folding tester (model: NBC-DW-5029) is used to test the cold resistance of finished shoes, rubber, plastic, sole, synthetic leather and other materials to evaluate the material or finished product adaptability to low temperature climate or cold areas. The machine is made of stainless steel and can be equipped with various resistant fixtures to adapt to different testing requirements.
Features
1. The inner and outer boxes are made of stainless steel #304, which is durable and easy to clean.
2. Wide temperature range, from -40 ℃ to + 150 ℃, high control accuracy (+/- 0.3 ℃).
3. The cooling speed is fast, and it takes about 60 minutes to reach -40 ° C.
4. Adopt environmentally friendly refrigerant R404 and original fully enclosed Compressor, energy saving and environmental protection.
5. Equipped with an LCD counter, the counting range is 0 to 999,999, making it easy to operate.
6. Built-in a variety of protection devices, including thermal protection shutdown, leakage protection shutdown, over-temperature protection, overload protection, etc., to ensure safety.
7. A variety of fixtures can be selected, such as finished shoes with bending resistance, outsole torsion resistance, and leather flex-resistant fixtures, which are highly applicable.
Principle
The machine drives the refrigeration system through the Compressor, uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R404 to achieve rapid cooling, places the test sample in the inner box, and conducts the folding test under the set low temperature environment. The motor drive fixture simulates the tortuous action, and combines the temperature controller to accurately maintain the temperature in the box to evaluate the material's folding performance at low temperature.
Applications
Cold resistance test of finished shoes, rubber, plastic, sole, synthetic leather and other materials
Standards
ASTM-D1790、D1593、1052、JIS-K6545、HB-T2877、CNS-7705、ISO 20344、GB/T20991-2007
Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz) to ensure that the device is grounded.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device and set the required temperature parameters.
3. Place the test sample on the inner box fixture to ensure that it is firmly fixed.
4. Start the equipment, the Compressor starts to work, and the temperature in the box gradually drops to the set value.
5. Observe the counter to record the number of tests and monitor temperature changes.
6. After the test is completed, power off the device and remove the sample for analysis.
Notice
• Check whether the Power frequency matches (AC220V 50Hz) before use to avoid overload.
• When the equipment is running, do not switch the Compressor on and off frequently, and the Compressor start is delayed by 5 minutes.
• Regularly clean the inner and outer boxes to keep the equipment well ventilated and prevent dust accumulation.
• During testing, avoid touching high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• In case of abnormal conditions (such as overtemperature, leakage), immediately shut down and contact professionals for maintenance.
• The equipment has a large weight (420kg), and professional tools are required during handling to ensure safety.
