Overview
This series of pumps is the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealing containers. It can be used alone or for pre-pumping pumps of booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and bowl pumps. It can be used for vacuum drying, freeze drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum Encasement, Vacuum chuck, vacuum forming, coating, food Encasement, printing, sputtering, vacuum casting, instruments, instrument matching, refrigerators, air conditioning lines and laboratories and other vacuum operations and supporting use.
Features
1. Uses thorough low-noise design and precision machining to achieve low-noise processing
2. Formulate a specially designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
3. Using international congeneric product design, small size, light weight, low noise, easy to start
4. Equipped with automatic double anti-return oil safety device, no oil return
5. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface
Principle
The direct-coupled rotary vane Vacuumpump removes the gas from the sealing container through swirling/spinning blades to achieve a vacuum environment.
Applications
Lyophilizer, Rotary evaporator, Vacuum dryer, Centrifugal condenser, Glove box, Tubular furnace, Double row tube, Suctionfiltration, Coating, Sputtering equipment, All kinds of high vacuum pump
Standards
Adopt international congeneric product design standards
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (working voltage 220V)
2. Configure the air inlet as required (optional G3/8, KF-16 and other interfaces)
3. Start the pump (speed 50Hz is 1400rpm, 60Hz is 1700rpm)
4. Monitor the reading of the vacuum meter (optional pointer shock-proof vacuum meter or digital meter)
5. Operate the gas ballast valve as needed (ultimate pressure off gas ballast ≤ 6x10-1Pa, open gas ballast ≤ 6Pa)
6. Turn off the power after stopping use
Notice
• Ensure that the working voltage is 220V to avoid overload
• Regularly check the pump oil volume (oil capacity 0.7L) to prevent oil from mixing with water
• Pay attention to the limit pressure change when using the gas ballast valve
• Keep the air inlet clean to avoid blockage
• Monitor the noise value (62dB (A)) during operation, and stop for inspection in time if there is any abnormality
• Pay attention to the weight (net weight 18KG) when handling to avoid damage
