Overview
This series of direct-connected rotary vane Vacuumpump is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. It adopts an oil pump forced oil inlet device and can still operate continuously when the pressure of the air inlet is ≤ 1.33 × 10 ^ 3. It can be used alone or as a pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, maintenance pumps, and titanium pumps. It is widely used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, vacuum drying, freeze drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum Encasement, Vacuum chuck, vacuum forming, food Encasement, printing, sputtering, vacuum casting, photovoltaic, aviation technology, chemical industry, electronics, refrigerators, air conditioning assembly lines and laboratories and other vacuum operations and supporting uses.
Features
1. Formulate a specially designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
2. High extraction efficiency, Ultimate vacuum degree, Long service life
3. Equipped with an automatic anti-return oil check valve, no oil return
4. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface
5. When the suction contains steam, particles, corrosive gases, in the pump inlet to install auxiliary equipment, such as condenser, dust collector, etc
Principle
The direct-coupled rotary vane Vacuumpump swirls/spins in the pump chamber to achieve gas suction and compression, and adopts an oil pump forced oil inlet device to ensure lubrication and sealing, and can still operate continuously under low intake pressure.
Applications
Lyophilizer, Rotary evaporator, vacuum dryer, cleaning machine, centrifugal condenser, glove box, tubular furnace, double row tube, suctionfiltration, coating, sputtering equipment, various high vacuum pre-pump
Steps
1. Check the pump oil level to ensure it is within the appropriate range
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
3. Install small diameter adapters, KF interfaces or flange interfaces as required
4. Start the pump and observe the running status
5. When pumping steam, particles or corrosive gases, install auxiliary equipment such as condensers or dust collectors at the air inlet
6. Turn off the power after use for daily maintenance
Notice
• When pumping gases containing vapors, particles or corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment such as condensers or dust collectors must be installed at the air inlet
• Regularly check the pump oil status to prevent water mixing from affecting performance
• Ensure that the operating voltage is 220V to avoid voltage mismatch
• Pay attention to the operating noise of the pump, the normal value is below 62dB (A)
• Keep the air inlet clean to avoid blockage affecting the extraction efficiency
