Overview
This pump is the third generation upgraded direct-coupled rotary vane Vacuumpump improved by Yonghao Vacuum on the basis of the original B type, which is suitable for pumping air and other general gases. It adopts an oil pump forced oil inlet device, which can still operate continuously when the pressure of the air inlet is less than or equal to 1.33x10 ^ 3. It can be used alone or as a pre-pumping pump for booster pump, diffusion pump, molecular pump, maintenance pump, titanium pump. It is widely used in vacuum metallurgy, vacuum coating, vacuum drying, freeze drying, vacuum degassing, vacuum Encasement, Vacuum chuck, vacuum forming, food Encasement, printing, shooting, vacuum casting, photovoltaic, aviation technology, chemical industry, electronics, refrigerator, air conditioning assembly line and laboratory and other vacuum operations and supporting use.
Features
1. Formulate a specially designed gas ballast valve to prevent the pump oil from mixing with water and prolong the service time of the pump oil
2. High extraction efficiency, Ultimate vacuum degree, Long service life
3. Equipped with an automatic anti-return oil check valve, no oil return
4. Can be equipped with small diameter adapter, KF interface, flange interface
5. When the suction contains steam, particles, corrosive gases, in the pump inlet to install auxiliary equipment such as condenser, dust collector
Principle
Adopting direct-coupled rotary vane structure, continuous operation is achieved through the forced oil inlet device of the oil pump, and stable pumping performance is maintained under the condition that the pressure of the intake port is ≤ 1.33x10 ^ 3.
Applications
Lyophilizer, Rotary evaporator, vacuum dryer, cleaning machine, centrifugal condenser, glove box, tubular furnace, double row tube, suctionfiltration, coating, sputtering equipment, various high vacuum pre-pump
Steps
1. Check the pump body and connecting parts
2. Install auxiliary equipment as needed (e.g. install condenser and dust collector when pumping steam, particles and corrosive gases)
3. Connect the power supply (working voltage 220/380V)
4. Start the pump and monitor the operating status
5. Adjust the gas ballast valve settings as required
Notice
• When the suction contains steam, particles and corrosive gases, auxiliary equipment such as condensers and dust collectors must be installed at the air inlet
• Regularly check the pump oil status to prevent water mixing to prolong the service life
• Power frequency compliance (220/380V)
• Pay attention to noise control, the noise value of this product is 64dB (A)
