Principle
The DVP-36 high-speed direct-coupled rotary vane Vacuumpump achieves efficient air extraction through a monolithic pump body structure, a forced oil pump lubrication control system and an omni-directional exhaust system. The special gas ballast valve is designed to accelerate steam extraction, prevent oil pollution, and ensure stable performance under different operating conditions.

Steps
1. Power frequency compliance with 220/380V requirements
2. Connect the air inlet interface KF-25/40 and the air outlet interface KF-25
3. Add pump oil to 2.2L oil capacity
4. Start the motor, monitor the speed and pumping rate
5. Open or close the gas ballast valve as required
6. Monitor the noise value and pump oil temperature rise during operation to ensure that the specified value is not exceeded
7. After stopping work, use the built-in air inlet check valve system to protect the vacuum system
