Principle
The pump adopts a two-stage rotary vane design, which forms a vacuum in the pump chamber through swirl/spin blades to remove gas. Equipped with anti-suction valve and gas ballast valve, it ensures safe operation in flammable and explosive environments, prevents oil from backsliding and adjusts Vacuum Level.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V) and air inlet (KF-25 interface)
2. Start the pump and choose to open or close the gas ballast valve according to the needs to adjust the Vacuum Level
3. Monitor the operating status of the pump to ensure that the noise and oil temperature are within the normal range
4. When the machine is shut down, the anti-suction valve automatically prevents oil from being sucked back

• Only for flammable and explosive places with explosion-proof grades IA, IB and temperature groups TI-T4
• Power frequency 380V to avoid overload
• Regularly check the oil volume and oil temperature, the oil capacity is 2.0L, and the oil temperature rise does not exceed 45 ° C.
• Note that both the air inlet and the air outlet are KF-25 interfaces, which are connected correctly.
• Noise should be controlled within 58dB (A) during operation, and if there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection in time
