Overview
DVPF-90 explosion-proof two-stage rotary vane Vacuumpump is a pumping equipment designed by Yonghao vacuum brand for pumping out flammable and explosive dangerous places with explosion-proof grades IA, IB and temperature groups TI-T4. The pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research, mines, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, gas pipelines, aerospace, laboratories and other related fields.
Features
1. Equipped with anti-reverse suction valve to prevent oil from being sucked into the vacuum container during shutdown
2. Equipped with gas ballast valve to meet the Vacuum Level requirements of different customers and the processing capacity of water vapor
3. Explosion-proof logo is ExdIBT4
4. It is treated with explosion-proof, burning-sealed, and intrinsically safe composite explosion-proof technology, which is safe and reliable
Principle
The Vacuumpump adopts a two-stage rotary vane type Working Principle, which forms a vacuum in the pump chamber through swirl/spin blades to remove gas. Equipped with a gas ballast valve to adjust the Vacuum Level and process water vapor, and an anti-suction valve to ensure that the oil is not sucked up during shutdown.
Applications
Petroleum, chemical industry, scientific research, mines, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, gas pipelines, aerospace, laboratories
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V)
2. Check the oil level (oil capacity 5.5L)
3. Set the gas ballast valve as required
Step 4 Start the pump
5. Monitor pump oil temperature rise (no more than 45 ° C)
6. Pay attention to the work of the anti-suction valve when shutting down
Notice
• Only suitable for flammable and explosive places with explosion-proof grades IA, IB and temperature groups TI-T4
• Power frequency is 380V
• Regularly check oil level and oil quality
• Note that the temperature rise of the pump oil should not exceed 45 ° C
• The anti-reverse suction valve works automatically during shutdown, no manual operation is required
• Noise monitoring during operation (58dB (A))
• Keep the air inlet and air outlet interface (KF-40) clean and open
