Overview
YKA20-2-II chemical resistant Vacuumpump is a vacuum equipment designed to handle highly corrosive gases and vapors. The product uses PTFE pump head material and PTFE coating diaphragm, which has good air tightness and environmental protection characteristics and is suitable for a variety of laboratory and industrial vacuum applications.

Principle
The Vacuumpump is designed with a two-stage pump for efficient pumping, taking advantage of the corrosion resistance of PTFE materials to treat highly corrosive media. A built-in vacuum gauge monitors and regulates vacuum pressure, while pressure relief and cleaning functions ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz)
2. Check whether the interface (10mm specification) is sealed
3. Start the equipment and adjust the pressure through the vacuum gauge
4. Maintain equipment with pressure relief and cleaning functions
5. Monitor operating parameters to ensure normal operation
