Overview
The YKA40-2-II chemical resistant Vacuumpump is a vacuum equipment designed to handle highly corrosive gases and vapors. The pump is made of PTFE pump head material and PTFE coated diaphragm, which has excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for a variety of laboratory and industrial vacuum applications.

Principle
The Vacuumpump implements the vacuum process through a two-stage pump structure, using the corrosion resistance properties of PTFE materials to treat corrosive media. When working, it is driven by a motor to achieve a set Vacuum Level, and can be monitored and adjusted by a vacuum meter.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50Hz)
2. Connect the equipment and check the vacuum gauge
3. Adjust the vacuum pressure as required
4. Perform pressure relief and cleaning functions after use
5. Turn off the power and disconnect

• Make sure the interface specifications match before use (10mm)
• Avoid running in Ultimate vacuum degree range
• Regularly check airtightness and PTFE component status
• Pay attention to noise control during operation (< 58dB (A))
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid impurities entering the pump body
