Principle

The dust front filter is installed at the front end of the air inlet of the Vacuumpump. When the gas containing dust impurities passes through the filter, the built-in special filter element will intercept and filtrate the dust particles with a diameter of ≥ 25 μm, preventing these impurities from entering the interior of the Vacuumpump, thereby protecting the normal operation of the Vacuumpump.
