Overview
The SZQ-250 4-sided Applicator is an experimental film appliance with an accuracy of +/- 2 microns. It is made of high-carbon chromium wear-resistant stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance. The Applicator has a 250mm Spreader width and a wet film thickness specification of 80/100/120/150μm. It has been imported and tested by three coordinates before leaving the factory. It is suitable for Moulding proofing of samples in Resin, coatings, glues, New materials, polymer materials and other fields. It supports non-standard customization and supporting laboratory automatic Film Applicator.

Principle
The 4-sided Applicator uses a precisely designed drawdown blade structure to evenly scrape the sample material on the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film layer of specific Film thickness. The Applicator uses a High Accuracy processing process to ensure the conformity of the Spreader Film thickness to meet the needs of laboratory sample preparation.
