Overview
HuiNuo KTQ Series Adjustable Film Applicator is a new generation of drawdown blade removable film applicator. It adopts magnetic suction drawdown blade design to solve the difficult cleaning problem of high viscosity and easy curing material scraping. The series provides a variety of Spreader widths from 50mm to 600mm to meet the needs of different application scenarios.

Principle
The device is based on the principle of differential gap scraping, and a wet-film is formed by scraping on the substrate with an adjustable drawdown blade, and the magnetic attraction design is easy to disassemble and clean.

Steps
1. Install the magnetic drawdown blade to the rack
2. Use the green differential head to adjust the required film thickness
3. Place the device on the substrate and scrape evenly
4, remove drawdown blade for cleaning
Notice
• Make sure the surface of the substrate is flat before scraping
• Remove the drawdown blade for cleaning in time after use to avoid material curing
• Graduation of differential head (10μm) when adjusting film thickness
• Avoid hard objects hitting the edge of the drawdown blade and maintain accuracy
