Overview
HuiNuo adjustable fabricator KTQ-350 is a film Film thickness adjustable Film Applicator. The drawdown blade gap is controlled by adjusting the two differential heads above to adjust the coating thickness. The film range is 0~ 5000 microns, and the accuracy is +/- 2 μm. The frame is made of aluminum hard oxidation. The drawdown blade is made of die steel, dimensions 310 * 100 * 50mm (excluding differential heads), net weight 1280g.

Principle
