Principle
Ultrasonic Cleaner uses high-frequency sound waves (28KHZ) to generate cavitation effect in the cleaning liquid, and uses 2500W ultrasonic Power to disbond the dirt from the surface of the article. At the same time, 6000W Heating power can adjust the temperature of the cleaning liquid, enhance the cleaning effect, and combine the timing function to realize automatic operation.
Applications
Industry, scientific research
Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply
2. Add cleaning solution to 304 stainless steel inner tank
3. Set ultrasonic timing and temperature parameters
Step 4 Put in the items to be cleaned
5. Start the equipment for cleaning
6. Take out the items and turn off the power after cleaning.
Notice
