The SDF-450 Laboratory High Speed Disperser is a QIWEI brand equipment that integrates dispersion and Stir functions. It adopts electronic constant force speed regulation circuit, digital direct display of shaft speed, and is equipped with dispersion impeller and sand grinding disc. The equipment has high efficiency, good mixing effect, easy cleaning, and simple and convenient manual lifting. It is widely used in the dispersion and mixing of materials in liquids such as factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and medical units.

Principle
This equipment adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit, and the number directly displays the rotating shaft speed. Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve the effect of efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Put the material into the container
2. Choose the right dispersion disc or sand disc according to your needs
3. Set the required speed (note: not suitable for 100-500 low speed use)
4. Set the timing time (0-9999 minutes)
5. Start the device for decentralized and mixed operations
6. Turn off the equipment after the operation is completed and clean it.
Notice
• Not suitable for use in the low speed range of 100-500 rpm
• The treatment capacity range is 2 to 5 kg (with water as the medium)
• Medium viscosity should be below 10000cp
• Please confirm to select the appropriate power model (400W or 1100W) before use
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts
