Overview
AISRY NBC-5600 Multifunctional Alcohol Rubber Friction Testing Machine is a test equipment used to evaluate the wear resistance of various electronic product surface printing bodies (such as oil injection and silk screen printing). It can perform three typical wear resistance tests of alcohol or Miscellaneous liquid medium and cotton cloth friction, eraser friction, and pencil Hardness friction. The product is reciprocated under the set load, number and stroke by the friction hammer. It is suitable for Glass cover, plastic, leather, paint and other materials.

Principle
This machine simulates the friction abrasion process in actual use. Its working principle is to fix the sample to be tested on the test platform, select and install the corresponding friction medium (such as cotton cloth dipped in alcohol, eraser or pencil) according to the test requirements. By setting the test load (provided by weight), test stroke and reciprocating speed, drive the friction hammer to reciprocate the surface of the sample for a specified number of times. By observing and evaluating the abrasion of the surface of the sample after friction, the wear resistance of its printing or coating can be judged.

Steps
1. According to the type of test (alcohol eraser, eraser or pencil Hardness), select the appropriate friction fixture and install it on the machine.
2. Install the corresponding friction medium (cotton cloth, eraser or pencil) on the fixture. If the alcohol test is carried out, the cotton cloth should be dipped in an appropriate amount of alcohol.
3. Hold the sample to be tested firmly on the test platform.
4. Set the required test load by weight combination.
5. Manually adjust the test stroke to the required length (10~ 60mm).
6. Set the test speed (5 to 60 times/min) through the knob, and the LCD will display the current speed.
7. Preset the number of frictions to be performed on the counter.
8. Start the device and start testing.
9. After the test reaches the preset number of times, it will automatically stop, remove the sample to observe and evaluate the abrasion.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50HZ and connected correctly.
• When installing the weight, adjusting the stroke or changing the fixture, make sure that the equipment is in a power-off or stop state.
The sample should be firmly clamped to prevent loosening during the test from affecting the results or damaging the equipment.
• When testing with liquids such as alcohol, pay attention to the appropriate amount to avoid liquid infiltration into the device.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the friction medium (such as erasers, pencils) and replace it in time to ensure the test conformity.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the moving parts area.
• Keep the equipment clean and clean the platform and fixture in time after the test is completed.
• The maximum sample size that can be clamped on the test platform of this machine is 100 * 70 * 25mm (single), please do not use it beyond the limit.
