Overview
Impact Tester is a kind of equipment used to test the hardness of plastics, Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and coatings. The machine freely drops the steel ball with the specified weight from the adjustable height to hit the sample, and judges the product mass by the degree of damage. It meets the JIS-K6745 and A5430 test standards.
Features
1. Ball drop device: contains a guide rail, a release mechanism and a sphere, the mass and diameter of the sphere are determined according to the Impact energy and standards.
2. Height adjustment system: The height can be adjusted to control the sphere to fall freely, using a spiral mechanism or air pressure control.
3. Test bench: Stable support for fixed samples, with anti-skid and shock-absorbing functions.
4. Data recording and display system: real-time recording and display of Impact force, Impact energy, damage form and other data.
Specifications: ball drop height 0-2000mm adjustable, drop position infrared point accuracy, ball drop control mode DC electromagnetic control, ball weight optional 55g, 64g, 110g, 255g, 535g, power supply 220V, 50HZ, 2A, machine size about 50 * 50 * 220cm, machine weight about 25kg.
Principle
The machine by the specified weight of the steel ball from the adjustable height free drop hit the sample, observe the degree of damage, in order to judge the mass of the test product.
Applications
Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and coatings
Standards
JIS-K6745、A5430
Steps
1. Adjust the drop height to the desired position.
2. Select and install the appropriate weight steel ball.
3. Fix the sample on the test bench.
4. Start the equipment to allow the steel ball to fall freely against the sample.
5. Record and observe the degree of damage to the sample.
Notice
• Ensure that the test bench is stable and has anti-skid and shock-absorbing functions.
• Choose the correct ball weight and drop height according to the test criteria.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid accidental release of steel balls.
• Regularly check whether equipment components such as guide rails and release mechanisms are normal.
