TM1000SPpro automatic lame plating machine has excellent performance, lame plating movement rate 1-300mm/s, accuracy up to +/- 1%, Spreader Travel is flexible, supports up to 600 * 300mm substrate, can spray thickness 0.01~ 13mm (higher customizable). Equipped with 1L stainless steel pressure bucket, Coating discharge volume 60-290L/min, adjustable spray radiation, in line with ASTM D823 standard. 5 inch touch screen control, convenient operation, low energy consumption, to meet various lame plating needs.

Principle
The automatic lame plating machine adopts a pressure-fed Coating supply method. The Coating is pressurized to the nozzle through a 1L stainless steel pressure bucket, and the Coating is sprayed (60-290L/min) under the action of air pressure (0.3Mpa). Accurate lame plating is achieved by precisely controlling the movement rate of lame plating (1-300mm/s) and Spreader Travel (10-400mm) through a closed-loop motor.

Steps
1. Connect AC 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set lame plating parameters (movement rate, Spreader Travel, etc.) through a 5-inch touch screen
3. Mounting substrate (maximum 600 * 300mm)
4. Adjust the spoke size (50-250mm)
5. Start the lame plating program
6. Monitor the lame plating process
7. Turn off the device after finishing lame plating
