Principle
Through the CHENCHI controller, the system controls the servo motor to rotate through the speed control system, and after deceleration by the deceleration system, the tensile mechanical properties of the sample are completed by the rise and fall of the precision screw pair with the beam.

Steps
1. Turn on the 220V 50Hz power supply and turn on the device
2. Set test parameters through five-inch color LCD Touchscreen
3. Install the specimen in the stretch space
4. Select the appropriate range and speed to start the test
5. Monitor the real-time display of test force, displacement, peak value and other data
6. After the test is completed, record the data and turn off the equipment
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the 220V requirement before use
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded to prevent leakage
• Do not touch moving parts during the test
• Regularly check whether the limit protection function is normal
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor
• Keep the equipment clean and maintain the transmission system regularly
