RWG-06/1000 coil drawdown blade Coater is a continuous experimental Film Applicator with unwinding, scraping, drying and winding functions. The wet film thickness range is 0.005-3mm, which is suitable for hot-melt adhesives, stickers, plasters and other materials.

Principle
The equipment adjusts the unwinding tension by controlling the torque of the unwinding shaft, adjusts the unwinding tension by controlling the torque of the reeling shaft, and achieves belt control by mainly driving the swirl/spin linear speed of the main drive roller. The drying oven uses electric heating air, and hot air heats drying the substrate.

Steps
1. Drag the substrate by hand between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller
2. Tighten the handwheel on the rack to make the rubber ring of the upper roller of the traction roller contact the lower roller
3. Adjust the thickness of the glue by swirling/spinning the left and right handwheels on the rubber roller rack clockwise or counterclockwise
4. The specific thickness is determined according to the instructions of the percentage table
5. The traction roller group pulls the substrate over through the power transmission to complete the Spreader work

• Operating Environment Temperature should be kept at 10 ℃~ 40 ℃
• Operating Environment Humidity should be maintained at 30~ 90% RH
• Power supply voltage 380V, 50Hz, three-phase five-wire system
• The air source pressure should be kept at 0.5~ 0.8MPa compressed air
• Pay attention to safety protection during operation and use the emergency stop button
• The maximum discharge and receipt diameter does not exceed φ 1000mm
• The winding load does not exceed 50KG
