Overview
Circulating water vacuum pump (LC-VWP-60A) is a water ring vacuum pump with a one-time molding design of the shell, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and beautiful appearance. The pump is equipped with double air pump heads and double vacuum meters, which can directly display the Vacuum Level. Its anti-corrosion and Reliability are better than traditional vacuum pumps, and the service life is longer.
Features
1. Double pumping pump heads, can be used alone or simultaneously for pumping operations, each suction nozzle is equipped with a vacuum meter, which visually displays the Vacuum Level.

8. The exhaust line is equipped with a copper check valve to prevent the backflow of circulating water during accidental shutdown.
9. Adopt water circulation operation, add water to 2/3 of the water tank to recycle, saving water and being convenient.
Principle
The pump is a water ring vacuum pump, which drives the impeller swirl/spin through the motor to form a water ring in the pump body. The space between the water ring and the impeller changes periodically, resulting in suction and exhaust to achieve vacuuming. The working medium is water, which can be recycled.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop.
2. Inject clean water into the tank to about 2/3 of the volume.
3. Connect the power supply (AC 220V 50HZ).
4. Connect the exhaust pipe to the equipment exhaust nozzle as required.
5. Start the device and observe the Vacuum Level through the vacuum meter.
6. After use, turn off the power and disconnect the exhaust pipe.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the water tank has sufficient water (about 2/3), and check the water quality regularly and replace it in time.
• Please use a compliant power supply (AC 220V 50HZ) and ensure good grounding.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the tail cooling fan.
• The check valve in the exhaust line can prevent backflow, but it is recommended to disconnect the connection with the pumped container before stopping.
• Do not use in flammable, explosive or corrosive gas environments.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If abnormal noise, vibration or insufficient Vacuum Level is found, please stop the machine immediately for inspection.
