Overview
Circulating water vacuum pump (model LC-VWP-90S) is a water ring vacuum pump with a one-time shell molding process. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, long life, good corrosion resistance and Reliability. The product is equipped with double air pump heads and double vacuum meters to visually display Vacuum Level.
Features
1. Double suction pump head design, can be carried out separately or simultaneously, each suction nozzle is equipped with a vacuum meter.
2. The pump head is made of corrosion-resistant material, and the shell is formed of high-strength ABS engineering plastic at one time, with a beautiful structure.
3. Surface matte treatment, not easy to aging, the whole machine is small and light.
4. The core motor uses a high-strength corrosion-resistant shaft core, which does not work rusting for a long time.
5. Turbine ducted structure to ensure the rapid passage of water.
6. Special fluid muffler to effectively reduce operating noise.
7. All-copper coil AC motor, with its own cooling fan at the tail, has excellent cooling performance and supports continuous operation.
8. The exhaust line is equipped with a check valve to prevent the backflow of circulating water in the event of an accidental shutdown.
9. Adopt water circulation operation, add water to 2/3 of the water tank to recycle, saving water and being convenient.
Principle
The pump is a water ring vacuum pump. When working, the motor drives the impeller swirl/spin to throw water to the pump shell to form a water ring. A closed space with periodic changes is formed between the water ring and the impeller, so as to realize the suction and compression of gas and achieve the purpose of vacuuming. The working medium water is recycled in the system.
Applications
Laboratory vacuum suctionfiltration, vacuum drying, vacuum condensing, cell fostering, Rotary evaporator, etc
Steps
1. Place the device on a stable countertop and connect it to the power supply.
Open the lid of the water tank and fill it with clean water to 2/3 of the tank's volume.
3. Connect the piping of the equipment that needs to be vacuumed to the pumping nozzle of the pump.
4. Turn on the power switch and the pump starts working.
5. Observe and adjust to the required Vacuum Level through the vacuum gauge.
6. After use, turn off the power and disconnect the connection line.
Notice
Before use, please ensure that the water in the tank is sufficient (about 2/3) and the water quality is clean.
• Rated voltage (AC 220V 50HZ) power supply and ensure good grounding.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the cooling fan at the end of the motor.
• The pipeline connected to the air extraction nozzle should be well sealed to prevent air leakage from affecting the Vacuum Level.
• If not used for a long time, empty the water in the tank and keep it drying.
Before moving or maintaining, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• Do not absorb corrosion gases or substances that may damage the pump body.
